Child Safety and Protection Covenant

Hively Avenue Mennonite Church values children and youth as beloved members of the family of God. We are committed to nurturing them for a growing faith in Jesus Christ, learning from them and caring for their health, safety and well-being.

Our Child Safety and Protection Covenant calls us to provide an environment for trust, learning, worship and fun and to protect children from the possibility of abuse or harm while they are involved in church activities.

We ask all members and regular attenders of Hively to be familiar with and to follow the practices prescribed in this covenant.
